THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

Practicing the appropriate exercises on the ground, alone or in pairs, will provide a physical warm-up time, where you will work on relaxation, axis, support, dissociation and balance.

The technical work will make it possible to approach the different and complementary roles and to widen the space of improvisation. Men will rediscover the in-depth structure and guidance of tango.

The women will develop listening to the posture which will give substance to the dance. From the embrace, the structure, the energy of dissociation and its multiple possibilities, we will approach our usual patterns in order to improve and enrich our dance by working on traditional figures and sequences of Argentinian tango.

Awareness of the breath will strengthen our capacity to be centered, to be available and will help us to build harmony in the couple and to increase the nuances in the dance and in the interpretation of the music.

THE PLACE

Castello di Querceto, a medieval "borgo" surrounded by 1,300 hectares of woods that preserves the authentic style of the bastides of the past. It's a world of forgotten sounds and smells, breathtaking views and sunsets. A historical place in the amazing nature of Tuscany. In the heart of Val di Cecina between Volterra and the Etruscan coast lies the dreamy village of Querceto, surrounded by fields and forests. The medieval castle of the Ginori Lisci family covers almost all of Querceto. Querceto has been fully restored and has a vibrant social and cultural life.

By car :

From the north: take the A12 motorway to Rosignano Marittimo, then continue on the SS1 towards Grossetto-Roma, take the Cecina center exit and take the SS68 towards Volterra until Casino di Terra. At the roundabout at the end of town, turn right towards Canneto. After about 1.5 km you will find the exit on the left (2nd possibility on the left) for Querceto. After another 2 km you are in Querceto!

By plane and by train:

The nearest airport is Galileo Galilei in Pisa. Many international airlines, but also the low-cost companies Ryanair, Easyjet, Volatea, Transavia, ... serve Pisa. From the airport there is a direct connection to the central station of Pisa and from there to Cecina. In Cecina we can pick you up at the station and take you to Querceto.

Renting a car at the airport is of course also possible to have more independence.
